Shelley and Matt Wedding

It was a crisp fall Sunday in Seattle and today’s wedding had the Pike Market as a lovely backdrop. Before meeting the groom later in the day, I took a stroll around the Market and was wowed at the abundance of colors, sights and smells.

While Laurence Kim was busy capturing magic with the bride, I was excited to meet Matt at his posh Inn at the Market suite and hang with him and the dudes. Shelley works at the Inn and it’s where she and Matt met years ago when he too worked there. The Market is magical and full of romance… It’s where my wife and I got engaged and the Inn was 1st class all the way.

The ceremony and reception were at the intimate Top of the Market overlooking all of the action. A touching ceremony was followed by an excellent spread provided by TotM’s Jewel Hospitality, heartfelt toasts by the best man and matron of honor. The cake got cut and then it was time for some boogie woogie.
