Real Estate Photography: Condo Shoot

My friend suddenly moved to northern Georgia to help deal health issues in his new wife’s family. Sitting in Pioneer Square is his beautifully renovated bachelor pad that he is putting on the market and needed photos of.

I don’t have a PC lens in my bag, so instead I just let it rip with my 12mm-24mm for the ultimate wide effect. Other than the wide angle lens and a tripod (of course), I used 2 Nikon speedlights to help fill dark areas and/or to accent certain features.
