Miss Lisa G.

I’m a bit of a procrastinator myself, so I can relate to the subject of my latest senior/grad subject Lisa. She hails from Renton, WA and is the girl next door with a natural born knack for posing. America’s Next Top Model? Only time will tell, but we got a bunch of great images from our evening shoot that migrated from the studio to Tavolata for some gnosh and then to Golden Gardens for some seriously golden light.

You may remember that I recently posted here about a shoot of a guitar that was done in the style of Zack Arias as blogged here. Well, Lisa saw the images and was willing to let me have a go at creating a similar set, look and feel. The only bummer was that I had to use shoe-mounted strobes to light the backdrop instead of my Alien Bees B-800’s because I was awaiting an armada of proper sync cords to arrive from B&H. Watt seconds be damned and oh well… I pretty much achieved the look none the less.
