Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions:
What is your rate for hourly coverage?
Hourly coverage in the Seattle/Bellevue metropolitan area begins at $300 per hour with a minimum of two hours.
How many photographers will be assigned to our event?
We will work closely with your event management to ensure you have all the coverage you need. Additional photographers are available a la carte.
What about the Foto Fun Booth™ we’ve heard about?
The Foto Fun Booth™ offered by Kip Beelman Photography is a fun and visually exciting way to liven up your event and add more great photos and portraits than ordinary coverage. Our experience is offered at $795 in addition to hourly coverage.
What do we receive?
All images from your event are posted online at http://proofs.kipbeelmanphotography.com within one week. Prints, individual digital files and discs may be purchased a la carte. All images are available at no cost as watermarked images sized perfectly for Facebook.
What do you photograph at an event?
We will work in tight alignment with any specific needs an event may have, but we ultimately cover all the details, candid moments, scripted moments and guests.
What about licensing and usage?
The purchase of a disc makes use of the images for personal use, internal communication, web use and promotional materials in perpetuity available at no additional cost. We use industry standard licensing terms and rates if your needs expand to print advertising or broadcast.
Do you retouch or enhance the images?
Images will be delivered with my post-processing style, but we don’t retouch as a rule. We are happy to accommodate special requests and quote accordingly.
We’re planning a team-building event at Alderbrook Resort (for example) and would love to have our event covered. Do you travel?
We would be delighted to join you on your leadership retreat, team-building function or event. We have a simple travel card that covers every geo-destination in Washington and beyond. Please review our Business Portrait FAQ if on-site business portraits are needed.
